4. Relate factors of food and nutritional security to their local community.
5. Propose a rational solution to factors affecting food and nutritional security in a given community.
Introduction
Food insecurity is not only present in developing countries, it is a problem in developed countries as well. To get a better understanding of food insecurity a case study is made of food insecurity in the Greater-Lafayette area.
This case study is presented in this e-learning tool. This tool contains several sections. When finished on this page, you will start with the three modules:

3. Community Assets
Each model contains several components consisting of text, video, questions and other tools. After you are finished with the modules there are some possible solutions given and some more questions and small assignments for you to do.
